01 . The Challenge

House of Fades was a brand-new barbershop opening its doors in Eugene, Oregon. With no prior online presence and a completely fresh brand, the owners needed more than just a website — they needed a digital foundation that could help attract their first wave of customers and establish instant credibility.

The primary challenges included:

  • No Website, No Digital Footprint: Being a new business, House of Fades had zero online visibility — no site, no search presence, and no digital proof of its services or story.

  • Urgency to Attract Local Clients: The business needed to quickly build awareness and get local customers through the door from Day One.

  • Mobile-First Audience: Most barbershop clients search and book services from their smartphones, so a mobile-optimized experience was critical.

  • Brand Identity Launch: The site had to represent the bold and edgy personality of the House of Fades brand while delivering trust and professionalism.

  • Lead Capture for Early Bookings: Without an online booking platform in place, they needed a clean and efficient way to gather inquiries and appointment requests.
